Industrial Skill Development for RMG Sector of Unskilled Workers and Job Placement at Diffirent Factories

There have a lot of demands of skilled workers in RMG sector. The sector faces workers crisises due to unavailability of skilled workers. The relationship between workers and management is not healthy in the sector due to lack of managerial effectiveness and consusness of workers as labour. These problem will be solved through skill and stimulation training.

Content of training:

- Operator Training for Sweater and Knit Factories (3 GG, 5 GG, 7 GG).

- Labour Stimulation Training: Know the Life,  Goal Setting, Positive Thinking, Act towards Goal.  

The Project is in under designing phase. We need partners to implement the project.
